Our cloud phone system, starts from just £8.95 per month with a service plan of 01, 02, 03 numbers and UK mobile minutes included. With this option, you would need to purchase an IP handset, such as a Yealink, that will be connected to our hosted platform or alternatively you could utilise the softphone application that can be deployed on Apple and Android devices.

Or as a lot of our customers do, you could have a combination of desk phones and mobile devices so that you can be ‘at the office’ anywhere that you go, get your calls through your virtual phone. You will also need a business grade internet connection, as this would utilise voice over internet (VoIP) technology.

On-Premise Business Phone System

You may however want a business phone system that is on premise, such as a Mitel, that will come directly into your location and connect into the phone system. With on-premise you will have a server on-site or in a data centre, and we would then be responsible through maintenance for changes and upgrades that may be required.

As with a cloud phone system, we can offer through SIP and VoIP the same service plans … so if you have a team of talkers then we can make sure your bills are kept to minimum. If you have a call centre / contact centre environment, the Mitel system has the ability to have agents dealing with different methods of communication, such as phone calls, SMS, web chat, emails and fax.

Our cloud phone system and on premise systems have the ability to utilise call recording functionality with full management reporting available.
